?? Worst experience ever at any hotel I've stayed at. It was messy and not clean. We had to change rooms because our first room smelled like smoke. The staff was very nice, but the rooms were not okay or 5 star review worthy. So I would not stay here.????????

The place is really cozy, the rooms are nice, clean, and modern! The place is a really good spot to rest and enjoy yourself. But the best part is the customer service! Sabrina, the manager, is AMAZING! she helped me with any questions i had and made me feel welcomed. She really knows good customer service! She even offered to help me take my many bags to my room so i wouldn’t have to make multiple trips. She really has added an extra special touch to my trip! Thanks Sabrina

I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and have only had great experiences. Staff is always welcoming and even great at accommodating to any requests. If I have an issue with a room they are quick to place me in a new room to fit my needs. The manager Sabrina saw that I left behind a sweatshirt and was able to return it to me. I did not notice I had left it behind so the staff did a great job and noting down that it belonged to me and eventually being able to return it to me when I returned for another stay. Rooms are always clean and organized. WiFi and electronics in room work great. A/C works great.

Let me start with the good things about this Motel. We were attracted to this place for the pool and the price. The pool area was actually quite nice. The hot tub was pleasant, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The pool was large enough for what my kids wanted to do. The orange juice at breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The air conditioning worked well. Parking was adequate and nobody bothered our car while we were there. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We didn't have any problems with noise, or neighbors or anything like that at all. The shower was great and we had no problem with hot water. Now for the bad things. Cockroaches. Many of them. We were there for 4 nights and we found 3 cockroaches in our room over our stay. They were crawling on the walls outside the rooms, and walking around the pool area as well. This was enough for me to never come back here again. The rooms were relatively clean, but not as clean as a higher-end hotel. You absolutely get what you pay for, and this location is definitely a "budget" hotel. Breakfast was okay, but all carbs. They had a waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal and the like, but very few protein options. They sometimes had hard boiled eggs. Yogurt was the only reliable protein option. We ended up buying some microwavable sausages to eat in our hotel room before we went over to breakfast. Would I stay there again? Only if they get their pest problem resolved.

I had such a great experience and amazing stay! I felt welcomed especially I want to extend my appreciation and thanks to Maria who has been such a great and wonderful help as I was there. She has excellent customer service, very kind, and always makes sure every person that comes is treated with great care! I definitely will be coming back because of her!

Stayed for a business trip. Room was nice and clean. The receptionist Elaine was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Our room was very clean and really comfortable. The staff are very nice, especially Elaine. She answered all our questions and anything we needed she was quick to help.

No frills but clean. Some odd things like mismatched toilet seat cover on bowl. ? The lobby is strong perfumey smell but not in the rooms. Breakfast is somewhat limited. They were out of eggs and sausage. But they had pastries, cereal and waffles. Breakfast closes at 9 am sharp. My bed was okay, slightly lumpy but not enough that I couldn't sleep. Most importantly, the room was clean and didn't have any bad odor.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Anna and Sabrina especially are both incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast spread is good with many decent cold food options. My kids enjoy reading by the pool and hot tub. I just wish they had laundry facilities! *Hint corporate* haha

My stay was phenomenal. The rooms are nice. The lobby was very welcoming. The staff are incredibly nice and pleasant. Lastly, the GM Sabrina is the greatest. She made my stay smooth. Thumbs up to her and her team. ??
