Very nice hotel that provides free breakfast with healthy choices. Rooms are very clean & big(like a suite) good for longer stay. I also like their pool & fitness center.

I love this location i have stayed many times since it opened . Its always clean ,friendly staff and tge breakfast is excellent. They are my second home! The treat me so well and my disabled son. Join the Hyatt rewards that helps tremendously! Thanks again for another amazing stay!

Overall the staff is great , it’s the Housekeeping staff you have to watch out for. Every time I stay here for a few days I request housekeeping and when I do my room always gets skipped for some reason mind you I don’t leave the DnD placard on the door when I head out . I literally have to request twice when I request it . Also I notice they will do a half job too to the point where things get missed . They will clean the bathroom and living room but will forget to change your sheets and make your bed . Or they will clean the kitchen but won’t empty the trash?. Twice I noticed my underwear moved as if they were looked at or worse because before I left I made sure I put my dirty clothes in a bag away from everything when I came back all my dirty clothes were out the bag and my underwear was scattered .I get that when you clean you have to move stuff out your way for like vacuuming but why go through someone’s clothes ? when I would report that my room got skipped an the staff would ask if they’re gonna clean my room they say no they don’t need their room clean , and when the front desk explains to them that a customer requested it they become silent. Housekeeping doesn’t realize people spend damn near almost $300 for each night, when someone request housekeeping it’s not to be rude or annoying it’s because people like fresh linen or a clean room after working all day or being out on vacation if housekeepers here don’t like their job then why are they here?? Just to collect money??. Also I used the pool this last stay and I had my kids with me and we went to the pool . The pool relaxing until we went to the 4ft side where there was a lot of debris like litterally a insect was floating around my son you know the bug that’s known to travel with people through luggage and stuff ? I reported it and the pool staff came out the first guy acted like he was scared to pick up the pool scooper and he started just straightening the chairs …… the second guy came out and he went straight to it re assuring that the pool gets maintenance everyday.

Rooms are really nice, great size! Employees are very friendly but perhaps a bit overloaded to ensure a fast service (not their fault, but need to manage multiple roles in parralel, like the lobby AND the bar, which mean the waiting time can be long) Convenient place for business trip, not that much for tourism

I retracted my previous 1star rating. After an incident of not letting us know that our reserved room was not available few months ago. We still went a couple of weekends after with no issue. This weekend we decided to come back again, in the morning we received a call that our room was not available. Atleast now the front desk in charge called ahead of time (morning) and gave us an options and did not wait till we’re actually in the hotel. To cut it short, we went and we had a pleasant stay with no issue. Thank you Karissa for calling us and thank you Apply and Jared. Thank you management for listening to customers.

It's fine, but a tad rough around the edges: our room had musty water out of the kitchen faucet, a broken dishwasher dispenser, a strange CO2 light flickering at night. On the plus side, breakfast is good, the room felt clean, the location is ideal for travelers, and staff were all friendly/helpful.

This place is EXCEPTIONAL!! As a “Globalist” I have stayed at MANY Hyatt properties, and this one is by far my favorite! From the moment you walk in to the lobby you are greeted by Malakai and Apple with smiling faces and professionalism.. always. Every Single Time! Best free breakfast with to order Omelets!! Not standard, even at the highest levels of Hyatts!! Hotel is ALWAYS clean! Full Bar! Restaurant with AMAZING FOOD! Not to mention they are building a brand new Starbucks pretty much in the hotel parking lot. If you haven’t stayed here, highly recommend you give it a stay. Loved this hotel! It had everything we'd ever need. Super clean and comfortable. The ONLY issue my hubbs and I had was the toilet paper. We should have just bought some because the stuff they have gives you a sore butt.? Other than that completely LOVED our stay the staff is super friendly and helpful!!!!

I dont regularly stay at hotels for long term stays, but when I have it was here. The amenities are well kept, staff are competent & friendly, the rooms are suitable for any needs, and the long term pricing is reasonable. It should be noted that the pool is not meant for swimming, only wading since I believe it is 4 feet at its deepest. 4.5 Stars only because while I have stayed there it was undergoing construction and there was a small ant problem, nothing the staff didn't work to handle immediately however.

There are some great employees here and the hotel rooms are always clean. One of the elevators was broken last time I stayed and they were updating a computer system which meant they had to call to get my card number. They charged tje room that day and then a week later they charged my card again. Nothing they could control, but certainly an inconvenience.
