I travel to Vacaville a few times a year. This is my favorite hotel to stay at. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and nice pillows. The only draw back for me is I have to walk or uber when I get there and this hotel is near end of the main strip. There is a good restaurant called Brass Tap down the street.

Simple hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious. Self-service breakfast is ok, nothing fancy but enough for a quick breakfast before heading out. Gym is small and very basic with 2 treadmills and 1 elliptic trainer and some free weights.

This hotel is advertised as pet friendly. After Paying full price for the room. The hotel has you sign a pet policy form that states will charge you for damages your pet makes. Even if your pet doesn’t damage the room in anyway you will be charged a $75 fee. When checking out the next day, I was told the $75 would be refunded in three days. Was never refunded.

I want to tell anyone in the Vacaville area that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life and I am in my 70s. The accommodations are excellent, the staff is over the moon, the rooms are reasonably priced and offer amenities that most hotels do not offer. This is the second three day stay at this particular hotel, and if all hotels were built like this one this world would be a better place. I like this hotel so much that I am going to write the corporate office a letter of combination telling them. What a fantastic stay I have had at this Hyatt place hotel on Orange Avenue in Vacaville. It is the best hotel and everything is modern and there’s nothing antiquated about it. I’m just absolutely ecstatic that every time I visit my nephew I have the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel.

I've stayed here several times of the past 6 months. Customer service is 10 out of 10!! The breakfast is always hot and fresh, and the rooms always clean. Its our go to when staying in the Vacaville area. The location is great, near shopping and lots of eateries!

The hotel is very clean with great rooms and as a bonus with a great breakfast included. Staff is very friendly and accomodating and as a loyal member it's nice to be recognized and welcomed. Highly recommend.

I'd like to say I stayed here, but the pet fee is $100/night. When the rooms are $100-$130 per night, charging an additional $100 per night just to accommodate a dog is ridiculous. Stay somewhere else, even an hour away in Willows if you have a pet simply for the value.

Room was on the ground floor. It was very clean and quiet. I did ask 2 different people at the front desk for extra coffee packs for my room and never got them. Google Drive also sent me in "u-turns" on Orange Drive as I approached the hotel. The signage facing Orange Drive could be more prominent or not covered up by parked cars.

We had a lovely stay at Hyatt Place Vacaville. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the shopping center.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is really elegant and the rooms were super clean, modern, and very spacious and relaxing. As soon as we got there we were greeted (and every time we left and entered). The front staff was incredible. We mainly interacted with the evening staff and they were truly the ideal representation of genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay great, they accommodated us with some requests and they were really attentive to our needs. The one gentlemen even asked us how our anniversary went. Now the manager Victoria, wow she was a great manager. She was very personable, helped take some pictures of my wife and I, and even gave a us a free dessert for our anniversary. The room was great and we loved our stay but we would actually come back to stay here because of the staff. The best staff we have ever had. Also, the breakfast is very delicious. The best hotel breakfast around. Lots of clean, healthy, and tasty options with good quality ingredients. Definitely recommend. Breakfast/kitchen area is beautiful and very clean. All in all I give this place a 9.5/10. Honestly nothing bad. The only thing I guess was the A/C was a little loud so we had to shut it off to sleep. But that was super minor. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend the Hyatt Place in Vacaville.
