4/5 My family had a great experience at this hotel. They were here for our wedding.They said the service was absolutely wonderful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Everything about the stay was lovely. Their only complaint was the hot tub was a little bit dirty but I’m sure that was just a one time occurrence. They can’t wait to come back and stay again.

I made an unplanned stop at this hotel as my traveling took longer and I was tired. It was probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and by using an online booking I paid under $100. If i ever need to stay near or at this area I will certainly stay here! Also the Staff was spectacular. It was pet friendly and i wish i had the name of the woman who was doing the breakfast as she was so kind to a man who needed assistance and was very very friendly and welcoming. A great way to strart the day. I rate this place a 12.

The hotel location is good and safe, the parking is huge enough to cater customers. We stayed in this hotel for 1 night, we arrived around 10pm and the receptionist is very welcoming. For the hotel room it was good but I was expecting for more especially with the bed it’s not that comfy for me compare to other hotels that we’ve been through. But all in all, I still highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a safe and affordable one in Vacaville.

Offering basic amenities, this hotel provided excellent value for the price. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the included breakfast offerings were quite good. A couple of the outstanding breakfast features in this particular hotel was the Turkish coffee, which was served from small copper pots heated over sand, and the fresh fruit salad that included berries, grapes, and cut melons. Just a small walk away we were able to find the charming Downtown Vacaville and Andrews park.

Sonesta Vacaville is one of our families favorite places to stay. The staff are friendly, attentive and always go above and beyond it’s very hard these days to get that exceptional customer service. Thank you! Rooms are comfortable had everything we needed coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Great complimentary breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and my family and I will be back.

I stayed with my wife and daughter at this hotel over the weekend! I had researched reviews, and it truly is excellent! Everything was great, from the super clean room, comfortable beds, clean pool, and the breakfast that makes you want to wake up early so you don't miss it. The lady who runs breakfast is super friendly and helpful, and that makes all the difference here in a country where being friendly is difficult. But she's Latina, so that explains her smile and eagerness to work! I will definitely recommend this hotel!
